Life Lessons
Devotions, Bible, God, My Life
Since the birth of my daughter and experiencing having a premature baby at 23 weeks, life has really changed for me. I really fell into my faith of Jesus Christ when she was born and taken to the NICU. We did not know if she would live, and so far because of God, she is. We are so grateful and we thank all our friends & family for their support. As I am going through this process of becoming a mom, my Bible devotions have become key in my life and it’s great to be able to apply your current situations to the stories and treasures found in the Word..
So this is how the Jessi Morgan Devotions…For the Christian Heart Podcast was born. Every Thursday I share Bible stories, lesson and personal experiences to make God’s Word more relatable to anyone. Listen wherever you get your podcasts. Thank you for being here!

Letting God Take Control
People that know me, understand that I like to plan and be in control, whether it is personal or work related. So, having to give up all control to the Lord at first was hard. But…honestly what else could I do?
