I found my newest favorite drink, Nespresso Affogato Coffee with a Twist. I am obsessed with it right now.

All recipes that I make are with my Nespresso Machine. But of course you can use any coffee maker!

If you want to have a refreshing coffee after a dinner party or a coffee by the pool, this is the drink for you. Ice Leggero pod has a citrusy taste to it so it pairs well with sorbet. This drink has a semi-citrus and bitter taste which I just love. Nespresso calls this drink Nespresso Affogato Coffee with Sorbet.

Ingredients:

• 1 Iced Leggaro Double Espresso pod 2.7oz
• 2 1/2 scoops of Lemon Sorbet (I prefer sorbet since there is no dairy in it)

Supplies/Equipment:

• Nespresso VertuoLine Machine
• Spoon

Instructions:

• Take a 5oz glass
• Scoop the lemon sorbet into the glass
• Take capsule and brew coffee over glass of sorbet
• After take a spoon and gently stir the crema at the top of the glass to create a even more creamy coffee
• And enjoy!
